How to insert tiny pic .

OK, I'm not a geek but not stupid . HOW do you paste a tinypic image that has been clicked and up loaded?
-3 has 1/8" vs offset and still needs right rudder. Suggestions on experimental trim tab with Garilla tape ????
0320 with Pmags doesn't fee "sweet smooth". Is this the parrallel mount or should I investigate ?
