Fly in Friday afternoon and set up camp beside your RV. Free BBQ Brisket/Rib dinner at the Lakeside Boathouse provided by the Rockefeller Foundation for those that fly in Friday. Saturday is all flying, lying, hiking, formating and RVSocializing :-) Bueatiful area...check out pictures on AirNav or check the list an search for Petit Jean

Campground is on the airport, park and camp on the south end, good showers and restrooms, water, and electricity if you bring a cord. No fees,...just fun!

EAA165 will have transportation to the hiking trails, ice, firewood, 30-40 lawn chairs, tables, and whatever else they can think of to make it easier for everyone to just fly in and have a good time. We will have coffee and donut/pastries in the morning Sat and Sun but if you want to bring something else.... well have at it!

Lunch Saturday will be dogs/burgers/brats/chili.... something good

Saturday night is the big dog Steak Cook out. Bring your own meat, EAA165 will have grills, charcoal, lights, and fixings including the usual baked potatoes, salad, bread, cold drinks, plates, utensils, etc. All you need to bring is your favorite cut of meat and whatever kind of sauce you like on it.

Should be some fun formation flying on Saturday for those interested and just a general good time. Nothing planned but there are local attractions like the Rockefeller car museum. Maybe cabins available not sure yet.
