EAA 229 is looking for a Volunteer to demonstrate composite construction

I am looking for a person(s) who would be willing to put on a composite construction class for EAA chapter 229 located at the Winter Haven, Florida Airport (GIF). The preferred class date would be the morning of Saturday December 1. Alternate dates would be Jan 5 and February 2.
