Wing root torque tube supports

Has anyone run into the problem of the rear aileron torque tube support brackets interfering with the bead in the forward most lightening hole of the wing root ribs?

Yes the bracket hits on the bead of the rib which does not allow the bracket to sit flat in the rib. If I recall, Vans said to flaten out that part of the bead until the bracket sits flat in the rib. Give them a call to verify but I know we hashed this out before.
