I have two pressure senders for an EIS-4000 that I purchased second hand. Can anyone tell me which of these is the oil sender and which is the fuel pressure sender??

thanks

Fuel pressure (like, 0-30 psi range) is the two-wire sender. Oil pressure (like 25 to 100psi or somesuch) is the one wire sender.

BTW, even when you buy them new from GRT, they're not labeled as to which is which. :)

Guages

If I remember correctly; they may be embossed in bars (14.7psi = 1 bar).
ie: 0-9 bar, 0-5 bar, etc.

It's been a long time, so I could be wrong.

thanks

both of you were right on.. the two wire is fuel and labeled 0-2 BAR and the one wire is oil and labeled 0-10 BAR..

thanks as always
