Mojave Transportation Museum Foundation presents Plane Crazy Saturday

August 20, 2011
10 a.m. ? 2 p.m.
Free admission!

You are invited to join us for an RV Fly-In! Axel Alvarez (our friend from Inyokern Airport ) is inviting all RV?s to join us for Plane Crazy Saturday!

Van?s RV Homebuilt Aircraft ? Fly in and mingle with other RV owners!

The initials "RV" usually mean Recreational Vehicle, and while that may be an apt description of the RV line of kit aircraft, in this case they are also the initials of designer and founder of Van's Aircraft, Richard VanGrunsven.

Mojave Airport Display Day ? All aircraft welcome ? come to MHV and talk aviation! All guests are reminded to observe flightline safety rules, including: no touching propellers, no running, no pets, and keep a watchful eye for taxiing aircraft! Thanks!

Sounds interesting but needs to be held two - three months later in my opinion.

The trip to MHV is generally a 3 minute flight for me... Too bad I'll be in Scottsdale that weekend.
