grand rapids eis 4000 engine monitor

regards the install of the grt eis4000 in a o-320 lycoming.the cht adaptors(external thread,3/8x24 thread,screwdriver slot for tightening) use locktite? or just torqued tight? how much torque? anybody have experience with these backing out? ---thanks----lawrence----

I just snugged them up. As long as you have the CHT probes installed I don't thing the adapters are going anywhere.

I concur, been running that way for 18 months with no problems.
