Hey Everyone-
I wanted to take a moment to salute the folks at Plane Power.
I have their 60A alternator and was having an issue with the alt out light illuminating. I sent the unit to them on Monday and called them on Wednesday, the day that they were to receive it from FedEx. I explained that I had a trip to make this week (LOE at Weatherford) and asked if they could expedite the evaluation and repair so I would have it back in time to install and test it. They said they would give it priority (of course I have heard that before from many folks who did not keep their promise).
Well, they repaired the unit (bad bearing) and had it back in my hands that Friday! Installed it and it works fine. All the work was done under warranty.
Nice to see that we have some vendors out their who still are willing to provide good service and keep their promises!
