Hi Tony....
I know an IA/A@P in Washington who has built several RV's and is only an hour away from Vancouver. He supervised the build on my -10 and did all the test flying and Phase 1...great guy. Delivered my airplane from Big Fork, Montana as well. Said he'd be glad to go do a pre-buy for you and to expect an email from him.
