For all you APRS 'aeronuts'... 
Be sure QRZ.com has a VALID email address for you in your profile.
I see folks both on surface (cars and boats) as well as in the air (Aircraft and balloon projects) and often it's the ONLY way to contact them. Unfortunately few are monitoring any frequency at all, and are just beaconing away in the blind.
You can always see if somebody sent you a text message via APRS by checking the messages link on APRS.fi or Findu.com Rarely do I go out and fly a trip without atleast one message via the APRS network. Often its an email thru the address posted on my profile on QRZ.com
Do everyone a favor by placing a valid email address on QRZ.com!
