Lightening holes

I know that the -8 may be a little nose heavy with a 200hp engine out front ... has anyone drilled out the optional lightening holes in the VS rear spar doubler (VS808-pp, I think, plans not in front of me...)
I realize this is a small amount of weight, but way out back of the CG ... didn't know if I should just leave it there since I'm anticipating a 200hp engine.

if doing so, would a fly cutter be the best way to go?

I have a friend with an -8, IO-360 powered, constant speed prop. His CG is right on the front limit. In my humble opinion, anything you do in the tail to increase wieght, within reason of course, will help this situation. He always remarks how much better it flys with someone in the rear seat!
If you should cut the holes, the fly cutter works great, just make sure you fasten the part to a piece of plywood to prevent the chance of flying objects! If it gets loose, they can do lots of damage!!
Good Luck!
