40th Annual Cedar Key Seafood Festival this weekend

I plan on dropping by for a bit on Sunday, and know of a few other RVers that will be there this weekend. As many of you already know, Cedar Key is a great fly-in destination. The seafood festival coupled with the great Fall wx that is on its way should make it a great destination for those of you looking for somewhere to fly this weekend.

Great location and event

If you are within RV distance, you should definitely check out Cedar Key and the seafood festival. You will have fun if you go. If you leave at night, be careful. There have been more than a few mishaps leaving Cedar Key at night without a clear sky over the water and there are not many lights inland for miles. Folks have gotten tragically disoriented. It's a short paved airstrip, but no problem for RV-X. Check it out.

Yep, that's what I was going to suggest. Yesterday, I contacted Carl to see if he was interested in going somewhere on Sunday, and he told me about the seafood festival. I'll give you a call tomorrow to work out the details. Should be a good time.
