Stuck Manifold Pressure Guage

My manifold pressure guage is stuck at 21 it goes higher but wil not go below 21. Any ideas how to fix that or what to look for?

Could you give just a little more info? Like what gage. Mechanical, electrical? Band? How do you have it plumbed? G

It couold be that there is some fuel in the line. Probably the first thing to check for. (I have seen MAP gauges that actually get fuel in the gauge, if it is the older mechanical type.) Many MAP lines have a small hole in the line to allow any fuel that might get into the line to drain out.

Thanks for the info. I will check that . I bought the plane from someone else. It was working fine then got stuck. I believe that it is a mechanical guage. I will check next time I fly. Thanks and have a great day.
