Any interest in 50% ownership of a RV-6A or RV-7A in Bay Area?

I'm looking to purchase either a 6A or 7A and figured I'd ask if there is anyone else in the BayArea that is looking for a 50% partnership in the plane. I would like to base the plane north of the city in Novato since I live close to the GG bridge.

Anyone else interested?

PS: If there are any owners that are looking to sell a 50% ownership I'd be interested in that as well. I'm looking for a clean RV, preferably with some glass and up to date equipment.
