Just wanted to put a shout out and say thanks to Wayne Hadath for his very friendly and superb customer support on his Rocket Steering Link.
I bought my Super Six flying, and it had a Rocket Steering Link when I bought it. I don't know when it was installed, but the airplane had 455 hours when I bought it, and now has 555 hours on it. After taxiing out for fuel recently, I found the link broken where the front (s-shaped) connecting rod meets the cylinder. Wayne and I are pretty sure the unit was a very early version (it did not have the rubber o-ring shock absorber on the front rod-end bearing), and improvements have been made since, so the links are very reliable (and mine had given great service up to this point).
Wayne was great to talk with on the phone, had some great advice and thoughts, and he replaced my link at a substantial discount, even though I was not the original purchaser of the link! Totally unexpected, but very, very much appreciated! Thanks Wayne!
Great product, great service and support, and a friendly voice on the other end of the phone...doesn't get much better than that!

Thanks again Wayne! The bird is back in the air with the new and improved Rocket Steering Link keeping me on the centerline!!
Cheers,
Bob
