In Belgium you can not use APRS from an airplane or balloon.... Are there other countries where it is not allowed to use communication from air to ground...

It seems that only in belgium it is not allowed to make a communication between aircraft and other stations (exempt using the airband)

Not only in Belguim I heard

I posted a request with an European pilot association regarding APRS band and I am waiting for reply. Let you know the results.

Hmmmm, maybe you can just enter a motorcycle icon and not send altitude and no one will notice you driving over the water at 150 MPH......Just kidding.
