Looking for parts

WTB RV-3 cowl and wing tips, anyone have any laying around?

The current cowl for the -3 is prepreg honeycomb. Much lighter, stiffer and less likely to develop cracks than the original gel coat cowl.

Thanks for the info Tony, but i would accept either one the gel coat (old) or the new pre-preg.

Thought someone may have purchased someone elses cowl and would like to get rid of one of van's cowls.

I have built RV's with both types of cowls, if it wasnt for the weight i prefer the gel coat cowl.

RV3 cowl

I have two cowls and two sets of wing tips. Obviously I'm only going to use one of them. They are both gelcoat. I need to take a look at them and see for sure what type they are. Let me know if you are still interested I can get some photos sent.
