wing tooling holes

Reading Van's comments about opening up the tooling holes in the wings for conduit or snap bushings, do these holes qualify (the smallest holes in the photo - the ones at the bottom)? I hope to run my antennas through these holes, with snap bushings of course. Not sure if I'll take the holes up to 3/8" or 1/2".

One thing to consider is where those holes end up on the fuselage. I think they'll pop out right at the doubler plate that surrounds the wing spar opening. I don't think you want to put many holes in that doubler plate, and there isn't much room between the wing and fuselage to re-direct tubing or thick wiring. Just something to keep in mind.
