auxiliary baaggage compartment

I am in the process of installing my forward auxiliary baggage compartment. I just received the kit a few days ago and I noticed there is a bulkhead, I believe it's F472, on drawing 40, which is the aux baggage drawing. As far as I can tell this is the only place this bulkhead appears so it must be for the aux baggage. Ken at Van's actually confirmed this. problem is this bulkhead was not supplied with the kit. Ken is baffled and is investigating. I would think that Van's owes me a bulkhead, right? Supposedly this bulkhead which is located about 9 inches or so forward of the instrument panel and is parallel to the instrument panel, is there to keep baggage from banging into the back of the instrument panel. Does anybody out there have the aux baggage compartment in their plane and can they tell me what's up with this please?
