Airport Property in South Mississippi

I'm a lurker, thinking seriously about building a RV-7.

It's 100 acres, a 3,000 sq ft home, Hangar/Workshop, and FAA approved grass runway.
It's more house than I need but looks like an RVer's dream. It could even be split up into lots.

It's been for sale for ages...priced reduced many times.

That said it does look nice....and HOT !
