F1 Builders in South Carolina or Close by???

Hello, My name is Russel McNeil. I am located in Charleston South Carolina. Does anyone know of an F1 being built or already build the the South Carolina area? I had heard that there was one being built in Ridgeland South Carolina and also one in Hope Mills North Carolina.

I would enjoy talking with or meeting these folks.
