Pig Roast

It's a pig guys...it's a pig!! Every Saturday night for the last 30+ years they roast a pig at Hotel Serenidad. They put the pig on a spit and rotate it over a bed of coals for half a day.

We flew there several years ago in our Lance, in loose form. with Russ and Betty Lawson in their C-185. What a great place! Fairly short flight to St Ignacio Bay (?sp) for a day or two of whale watching. Petting the California Grays is an incredible experience. Bill
