WTK. TAIL BUILD TIME ON RV-3

wanabe builder-3 aprox.time to do a tail-treeman

It will vary widely as a function of both your skill (previous RV experience) and how much you work on it every week. As previous RV builder I see in my log it took me 4 months to build the emp, but that was over a summer where I was not hitting especially regularly. I see also that it also took 4 months for me to build my fuselage to the point where I took it off the jig and that included building the jig.

It took me 5 weeks to do my empennage. Every night and one day on the weekend. I've built a number of airplanes however but my first RV.
