I just received a new U-403 brake flange bracket to replace the one I screwed up, and the new one came powder coated with a hole pre-drilled in it. I also received a new fiberglass HS tip that is much better quality than the old one. My kit shipped 8 months ago...what's the deal with these improved replacement parts?
