Poor Mooney Mite

Not really fair to compare an RV to a 65hp antique. The Mite does pretty well for the HP. I think they cruise around 125mph. Not sure we can do that pulled back to 30%HP

I notice your from Sequim. Patrick Rose's Baby Bullet Replica is now residing in the Antique Airplane Museum in Hood River. Not sure if you knew him.
The Baby Bullet won the Cleveland Air Races in 1928 at somewhere around 140mph on 32HP !

My father lives in Sequim and knew Pat Rose well ..... some parts for the Baby Bullet were built in his shop. I have a Rocket under construction in my basement and currently fly a Super Decathlon out of KPAE. I will make it a point to get to Hood River and take a look.
