Bending Aux Longerons/Forward Side Skin Stiffeners

Guys/Gals:

I'm piecing together my forward fuselage now. I've found it necessary to put slight bends in the forward side skin stiffeners and the aux longerons to get them to lay down against the skin. The plans mention putting a 'twist' in there but nothing about bending them. Did any other slow-builder's out there notice this? Also, could anyone with a quickbuild kit look at those angles and confirm if they're bent ever so slightly?

Thanks,

I didn't bend 'em. Slight twist yes, but no bending.

Have you installed the F-902 bulkhead yet? Once you put it in, it tightens the skins a bit and it all works out in the end.

Update

I went back out to the garage and decided that you guys are right. The trick seems to be to start at the 704 and drill your way forward.
