Shielded Wire Question ????

I'm just about ready to begin wiring my wings before I close it up. I have Duckworth HID, heated Pitot/Static, Whelen Strobe/Nav in the left wing and in the rightwing Duckworth Halogen Taxi, Whelen Strobe/Nav and Trio Servo. I do know that I will be running the Strobe wire seperate from the other wires, but I would like some advice on whether I should use shielded wire for the Landing, Taxi, Servo and Pitot. In other words run shielded wire for the other runs also.

Regarding connections, I plan on cutting off about 10 extra feel and coil it up in the root rib, therefore, if I do need to remove the wings (such as for painting), I'm going to use butt splices and keep it simple.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.....I need to place my wire order soon.

Thanks

Fuselage ordered...

Henry,

I don't think there is any advantage to using shielded wire for the lights (except the strobe) and the pitot since they are simply 12VDC, however I believe that Trio specs shielded wire for their servo.
