RV-7A - How much paint?

I am getting ready to paint my RV-7A, does anybody know preferably how many square feet of surface area there are on a 7A or how many gallons of paint it will take?

How much paint depends on what kind of paint, what color, etc. My experience is just one data point for your reference. 9A is similar to 7A except a little more surface area on wings. You may want to search earlier threads on painting. A few of them gave the amount of paints too.

RV-8 with PPG

I used PPG Concept single stage urethane. One color (vinyl stripes)

For the Exterior:
Epoxy Primer (all metal and fiberglass) 1Gal
Sanding primer (Fiberglass only) 1 Gal
Color 2.5 Gal
2qts Alodine
3qts Metal etchant
