Molex pin crimper

I am installing one of the Icom IC-A200 coms in my panel. Having trouble finding the "Molex HTR-6115" crimper that is needed for the harness build-up. Anyone else run into this problem or know who sells one? Not even Google can find me one...

Try looking by the Molex pin number. Are they #4366 pins? If so, this Molex cross-reference:

Says they use a #11-01-0203 crimper. Mouser.com says that particular crimper is obsolete.

Try Googling by the pin number. These folks:

http://www.greatplainselectronics.com/products.asp?cat=37

list a compatible crimper for #4366 pins.

When I wired up my Icom A200, I used a molex crimper that Stein Air sells. I think it's about $30 or so on his website. It worked great.

Action Electronics

I just ordered a bunch or molex connectors and pins including crimper and pin remover (I always seem to have to do things at least twice) fro Action electronics, ordered Sunday and supposed to arrive today.

Molex Crimper

I borrowed one from an EAA Chapter member. Used it to do one end of my strobe power supply wires. Pics include picture of tool. Link

Molex crimper

Both Aeroelectric Connection and Stein Air have these - about $31 if I remember correctly. Open barrel crimpers.
Bob Nuckolls has a nice segment on the proper way to make the crimps with this tool, well illustrated. Google accesses them. Bill
