Has anyone flown an RV with a slightly twisted HS?

My RV3 HS is slightly twisted...maybe 2 degrees or so. Is anyone flying with a twisted HS or elevators? How much slower will it be?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. The drag will be a bit higher. There will be a small rolling moment due to the twist, but you could play with flap rigging to balance it out. I wouldn't expect any noticeable change in handling. There should be no loss of structural strength.
