RV8 Condition Inspection Needed Florida

Hello,
Seeking A&P, IA, or Builder for an RV8 inspection. My RV8 is due for its first condition inspection with me as the owner. I would like to participate in the inspection so as to learn more about the aircraft. I am in South Florida but would be willing to travel anywhere within the state of Florida.

An A&P may do the annual condition inspection. I believe all AIs are also A&Ps so that’s covered.
An RV8 builder may not sign off the condition inspection, unless he was the original builder of that particular airplane, and holds the limited repairman certificate for that particular airplane (by serial number, not just any RV8).

Are you in Key West proper?
