make your own

$19 is not bad for the pre-made, but you can make your own

Use a paint strainer (cone shape) for a pattern
Uses nylon material from an old wind breaker or fabric store
Join edge of nylon with glue and or stitch to make cone
Aluminum ring, pop rivets (or screw/nut plates) rib attach
Nylon zip tie will hold it at tube side

An even easier way is to get a set of disposable painters tyvek coveralls from Lowes, cut the sleeves off and you have an instant wind proof part. The cuff goes on the aileron tube and the sleeve glues to the ring you make.
