One of my stick switches was failing so I called the Ray Allen Company to see about buying a replacement. That was on Wednesday. It came today, Friday. No charge.

They replaced a defective LED indicator on my SeaRey for me for free, too. Nice people to deal with. My RV-7A flap LED indicator and position sensor have been working fine for nearly 4 years.
