F715 outboard rib installation

I've riveted on the bottom skin of the skeleton, installed the ribs (forgot to dimple the 705 bulkghead to accept the dimpled skin. D'oh. Idiot!) and fitted the floor covers.

I figured it was as good as time as any to fit the outboard rib and with a little fluting I got it to install....ummm... not too bad (as we sayin Minnesota).

So, when is the time to rivet it to the bottom skin? Now?

I riveted it just before I mated the aft and center setions for the last time
