Clearance hole for aileron push rod tube

I used the odd shaped hole in the stiffener plate as a pattern to open up the hole in the rear spar for the push rod tube to pass through. Now that the aileron is assembled and connected to the tubes I'm having a problem with the tube rubbing the hole in the rear spar on the downward travel of the aileron. It looks like it starts rubbing before the aileron gets to the 15 deg down limit. Is this a common thing to have to enlarge the hole enough to get the proper travel?
Thanks

Yep, get out your round chainsaw file and go to town with that hole until the pushrod clears through the full range of motion.

Thanks Andy,
It looks like it will have to be ground almost to the aileron bracket. It seems odd that Vans couldn't make the hole the right size in the first place. There are no real variables in that area. Anyway, it's no big deal. I just needed a little reassurance that I didn't screw up somewhere.
