Anybody buy AKZO NOBEL primer from International Paint LLC in Santa Maria?

Or anywhere else in CA - ACS not withstanding.

I ordered my second kit of 463-12-8 from Graco. It was considerably cheaper than ACS, the shipping was less than $20.00 and the most important thing is it was packaged correctly in a HazPac box so the cans arrived without so much as a scratch on them.
