Dynon OAT and EDC-D10 magnetometer location survey

You can make MULTIPLE CHOICES for EDC-D10 and OAT location and notes.

How accurate is your location?

Wing faring root.

I mounted both my BMA EFIS and AFS 2500 engine monitor temp probes in the right wing root faring.

I mounted the the EDC on the next aft bulkhead behind the baggage compartment high and the OAT sensor on the bottom of the right wing root fairing. So far no problems with either installation.

Does it work well there? Suffice it to say that I no longer have any other compass in my airplane. Just the Dynon.

The EDC-D10 mounted back on the top of F-707 has been absolutely rock solid for 1100+ hours.
