Instructor Wanted at Hanover County Muni (OFP)

Virginia pilots,

A friend has just bought a bank repossed RV-6A that is presently located at Hanover County Muni (OFP) in Virginia.

Does anyone know a RV-familiar CFI that can give him some familiarity training in the plane before he ferries it back to AZ?

The time frame is probably early next week, around Aug. 12 -

Al Carpenter trained me in a RANS S-12 20 years ago, and owned an RV-6A for a god while, possibly still does. Worth a holler to see if he's your man, or knows someone.

instructor near OFP

I know a CFI lots of experience in different RV's and a builder. He lives in Woodbridge VA about 1.5-2.0 hours away from OFP. He is available after 17 Aug. Email me if you want his info.
