DigiFlight / TruTrack wiring standard

Hi,

I've got a AP cable bundle from Stein - Red / Black is power / ground. The 5 (or 6 for the pitch) others are for control. What is the 'standard' convention, before I go making my own :p .

Orange, White, Blue, Yellow, White/Black

Roll Servo, Pins 2 - 6
Pitch Servo, Pins 2 - 7

The TT manuals I've seen doesn't have anything obvious - just a reference to a public document would be fine. ( I know it doesn't really _matter_).

Thanks,

Carl

I used Stein's bundle too

I just winged it. Being sure to use the 20 AWG for the power lines and the 22's for the control lines. Other than that ... I just picked wires based on where the twist made them land relative to the D-Sub connector.

Just for grins ...

Here's what mine came out as (btw, I've got the Pictorial Pilot):

J101 Pin 7 -- (AWG 22, Orange) --> J201 Pin 6
J101 Pin 9 -- (AWG 20, Red) --> J201 Pin 1
J101 Pin 11 -- (AWG 22, Yellow) --> J201 Pin 4
J101 Pin 12 -- (AWG 22, White) --> J201 Pin 5
J101 Pin 13 -- (AWG 22, Blue) --> J201 Pin 2
J101 Pin 14 -- (AWG 22, White/Black) --> J201 Pin 3
J101 Pin 15 -- (AWG 20, Black) --> J201 Pin 9

I had Stark make up my harness and he used totally different colors, white/green stripe, white/brown stripe, etc. Sounds like there's no one convention.
