Pinholes

Working on my 9A cowling and looking for sugggetions on what product seems to work the best for pinholes. I haven't seen any current threads on the subject, so I'm looking to see what suggestions fellow builders have regarding this ongoing issue.

Follow the plans

The most straightforward method might be to follow the instructions with multiple layers of epoxy. The pinholes in the cowl may be better classified as craters. To speed up the process you could whip up some micro in that epoxy and apply it like bondo filler. Sand and re-coat with epoxy to suit. I'm at the same stage, top cowl done, bottom to go:mad:

Lots of threads available. Epoxy with fast. Squeegee on super thin two to three coats about 40min between depending on temp. So thin that you can't scrape it off. Don't let each coat dry more than a couple hours. Sand with 100 grit dry without breaking through the clear candy coating...
Super easy after much practice :)
