David Lynch lost his battle with cancer and stem cell replacement. During Davids illness he used what ever extra strength he had to finish his RV8A. His friends flew the the hours off and David was able to go for several rides as a passenger in the plane he built.
On August 10 we are having a memorial get together at STS, Santa Rosa CA for David and could use one or more qualified formation pilots and plane(s) for a four ship missing man. C J Stephens whom a lot of you know of,(Reno racer, Reno pace pilot, Reno starter pilot, Reno safety pilot, chief test pilot for CAFE) , will be briefing the flight and flying Davids plane as the missing man.
