This section shows various patches that been created by various 'wings' of Van's Air Force.  If you have one you would like to see here just forward it to me (needs to be an actual patch - not just a graphic).  DR

 Upstate NY RVators

Attached is the Upstate NY RVators patch. We kind of developed the idea from the "Black Jack" Squadron of the North West. The "Flap Jack" Squadron does get together for some formation flying and getaways, but our real goal is after the ever elusive perfect pancake. We are headquartered at Oswego County Airport (KFZY) just north of Syracuse and home of the North East RV Forum in September of every year. We usually hibernate for the winter unless some good weather prevails over the 100+ inches of snow we get every year.
BTW- The patch you see was made by hand on an embroidering machine by a South West Asian craftsman on an air patch in central Saudi Arabia. I had 20 of them made while in support of Operation Southern Watch in 1999. All were made this way. Each one has some minor details that are different.
Any upstater with an RV is welcome to join. Just call John Balbierer @(315) 568-8055.
